An Update on Metabolic Syndrome

It is our pleasure to announce that registrations are open to our next in-person congress titled “Pharmacy Meets Cardiovascular Pharmacotherapy- An Update on Metabolic Syndrome”. This 2-day congress will take place on 22nd and 23rd March 2024 in Salzburg, Austria and it is organised jointly by VIVIT (Vorarlberg Institute for Vascular Investigation and Treatment), PMU Salzburg University and ISCP.
The programme will offer a mix of English and German speaking lectures and presentations, and will focus on various highly relevant and interesting topics, such as happiness and cardiovascular disease, how to publish in cardiovascular pharmacotherapy; diabetes mellitus; anticoagulation; hypertension; omega-3-fatty acids; mechanisms of SGLT2-inhibition; drug treatment of LDL-cholesterol; congestive heart failure; polypharmacy; GLP1-RA in diabetes and obesity; the present and the future of the European Medicines Agency, amongst others.
