Professor Péter Ferdinandy, MD, PhD, MBA, FESC, is Director of the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacotherapy and Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation at Semmelweis University, Budapest, Hungary.
He has been recognised as a Highly Cited Researcher (2014, 2017, 2020, 2021 and 2022), has published more than 400 papers and 6 patent families, and has been Editor-in-Chief of the British Journal of Pharmacology since 2023. He founded Pharmahungary Group, a group of R&D companies involved in more than 350 drug and medical device development projects.
