ISCP Annual Scientific Meetings 2027, 2028 & 2029

About the ISCP Annual Scientific Meeting

The ISCP Annual Scientific Meeting is the Society’s flagship scientific event and comprises its core scientific sessions. These standalone meetings are held annually in different countries, with ISCP aiming to rotate locations across major geographical regions (Europe, the Americas, Asia and Australia) on an alternating basis.

The ISCP Executive Committee selects the host country, taking into account political stability, safety and accessibility. ISCP appoints an international Professional Congress Organiser (PCO) to manage the meeting and to liaise closely with an ad hoc Local Organising Committee (LOC) established in the host country.

The LOC is invited to propose a host city and suitable dates, avoiding clashes with major international or regional meetings. Final decisions on dates, venue and registration fees are made by the ISCP Board in agreement with the Meetings Committee and the LOC.

ISCP provides organisational and logistical support, particularly for the scientific programme. However, ISCP does not provide financial support for the meeting. Responsibility for funding and sponsorship lies with the LOC and the PCO. ISCP is a non-profit organisation and receives no official or regular subsidies.
